The Supersealer SS2 Washdown Hot Air Sealer is available in a IP65 or IP69K rated bag sealer. An IP65 rated bag sealer can be washed down with a garden hose pressure only. Our IP69K bag sealer or system can handle the demands of aggressive washdown.

Our washdown bag sealers are ideal solutions for clean-room packaging environments and packagers that require strict cleaning standards. The Supersealer SS2 Washdown Hot Air Sealers utilizes hot air to continuously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. The advanced airflow, sophisticated controls, IP65/IP69K steel construction, ensures continuous uptime performance in all applications.

Using ambient air, there is no requirements for compressed air. By using hot air to seal the bag there are no consumables, it gives the customer a low maintenance and outstanding return on investment.

We offer horizontal and vertical sealing systems in standalone and custom configurations. Our hot air sealing systems provide outstanding performance for products of nearly any weight, size or bag material such as stand-up, pillow, bags on a wicket, and zippered bags.

The bag sealers will run up to 120 fpm and will seal materials up to 20+ mils.

The Supersealer comes with a motorized pedestal and stainless-steel base with locking casters, for an easy bag size changeover and increased productivity.  With a touch of a button, you can change the height of the sealer, no manual labor is required.

All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations with various options.

It is CE marked and runs on 110 or 220 volt, and can be plugged into any wall socket.

  • Bag Top Trimmers:
    Two Styles: Rotary blade or stationary blade, meeting all application requirements.
    Uses a powered rotary cutting wheel to cleanly trim off the excess bag top prior to sealing the bag.

    Jet Flow Trim Removers:

    Sucks the trim from the Bag Top Trimmer into a mesh bag by a Venturi Jet Flow.

    Automatic Infeed:
    T PAK Infeed into Supersealer for High Speed Conveyor Systems.

    Bag Coders and Printers:
    Emboss coder or ink roll coder. Up to two lines.
