Bag Sealer with Optional Air Evacuation - Gas Flush Probe for Bag in Box Applications (IP65 or IP69K)

OKI has developed a continuous bag sealer with air evacuation or air evacuation and gas flush. This system is available in stainless steel, wash down IP65 and wash down IP69K.

This system incorporates a Supersealer SB20 band sealer or Supersealer SS2 hot air sealer along with a probe and conveyor.  There is a touch screen on the flow control with a probe section of this system, so that the configuration of either just air evacuation or air and gas can be achieved. The probe can be put on a timer to come down or use a foot pedal to activate.

Washdown version - IP65 and IP69K rated washdown bag sealers.  An IP65 rating sealer can be washed down with a garden hose pressure only.  Our IP69K Sealer or system can handle the demands of aggressive washdown.

It runs on 110 volt or 220 volt, and can be plugged into any wall socket.Air requirements 80 psi and the system is CE marked.

We can run up to 15 bags a minute if the applications, bag and requirements fit this level of speed.

  • Bag Top Trimmer:
    Two Styles: Rotary blade or stationary blade, meeting all application requirements.
    Uses a powered rotary cutting wheel to cleanly trim off the excess bag top prior to sealing the bag.

    Jet Flow Trim Remover:
    3” or 76mm
    5” or 127mm
    Sucks the trim from the Bag Top Trimmer into a mesh bag by a Venturi Jet Flow.

    Bag Coders and Printers:
    Emboss coder or ink roll coder. Up to two lines
